Josie and the Pussy Cats is an animated television series, based upon
the Archie Comics comic book series of the same name created by
Dan DeCarlo. Produced for Saturday morning television by Hanna-
Barbera Productions, sixteen episodes aired on CBS during the
1970-71 season.

The Monkees is a situation comedy that aired on NBC until March 25, 1968. The
series introduced many innovative new-wave film techniques to series television
and won two Emmy Awards in 1967. The show was sponsored on alternate weeks
by Kellogg’s Cereals and Yardley of London.

Lassie was the creation of producer Robert Maxwell and animal trainer Rudd
Weatherwax and was televised on CBS from September 12, 1954, to March
24, 1973. One of the longest-running series on television, the show aired
for seventeen seasons before entering first-run syndication for its final
two seasons. The show was initially filmed in black and white and made
the transition to color in 1965. .

ACTRESS LINDA GRAY IS 73 TODAY
Gray is a film, stage and television actress, director, producer and former
model. She is best known for her role as Sue Ellen Ewing on the CBS-TV
drama series Dallas (1978–1989), for which she was nominated for two
Golden Globe Award and Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Lead
Actress in a Drama Series.
