Frederic Forrest, known for roles in "Apocalypse Now,"
“Falling Down” and "The Rose," died on Friday at his
home in Santa Monica, California.
Fox News announced Monday, Jesse Watters (above),
a show host who rose from production assistant to one
of the conservative cable network’s biggest stars, will
take over the 8 p.m. programming time slot vacated by
Tucker Carlson (shown below).
On June 26, 1948, U.S. and British pilots began delivering food
and supplies by airplane to Berlin after the city is isolated by
a Soviet Union blockade.
American and British air forces flew over Berlin more than
250,000 times, dropping necessities.
