Michael Jeffrey Jordan was born at in Brooklyn, New York
City. He is 62 years old today.

As former professional basketball player MJ played 15 seasons
in the National Basketball Association between 1984 and 2003,
winning six NBA championships with the Chicago Bulls.

He was integral in popularizing basketball and the NBA around
the world in the 1980s and 1990s, becoming a global cultural
icon.

His profile on the NBA website states, "By acclamation, Michael
Jordan is the greatest basketball player of all time."

Susan B. Anthony (February 15, 1820 – March 13, 1906) was
an American social reformer and women’s rights activist who
played a pivotal role in the women’s suffrage movement.

Born into a Quaker family in Adams, Massachusetts, committed
to social equality, she collected anti-slavery petitions at the
age of 17. In 1856, she became the New York state agent for
the American Anti-Slavery Society.

Jennings was a singer, songwriter, musician, and actor. He
is considered one of the pioneers of the outlaw movement
in country music.

On February 13, 2002, Jennings died in his sleep from
complications of diabetes at his home in Chandler,
Arizona, aged 64.

Jennings worked as a performer and DJ on radio KLLL in
1958.

He served as President of the United States from 1861
until his assassination in 1865.        

Thomas Alva Edison (February 11, 1847 – October 18, 1931)
was born in in Milan, Ohio, but grew up in Port Huron,

He was an American inventor and businessman who developed
many devices in fields such as electric power generation, mass
communication, sound recording, and motion pictures.

These inventions, which include the phonograph, the motion
picture camera, and early versions of the electric light bulb,
have had a widespread impact on the modern industrialized
world.
