Albert Gordon MacRae (March 12, 1921 – January 24, 1986)

Actor and singer Gordon MacRae is best known for his roles in the 
versions of two Rodgers and Hammerstein musicals, Oklahoma!
(1955) and Carousel
(1956), and playing Bill Sherman in On
Moonlight Bay
(1951) and for his appearance in By The Light
of the Silvery Moon
 (1953).
He made his Broadway debut in
1942 and acquired his first recording contract soon afterwards.

Before fame, MacRae served as a navigator in the United States
Army
Air Forces during World War ll.

Bernadette Peters (born Bernadette Lazzara in New York)

Broadway legend Bernadette Peters won Tony Awards for her roles 
in Song and Dance (1985) and in the 1999 revival of Annie Get Your  
Gun
. Her numerous other Broadway credits include starring roles in
Into the Woods, Sunday in the Park with George, and Gypsy.

Peters entered show business at the age of three and had appeared
on “Juvenile Jury” and “Name That Tune” before her sixth birthday
and by the age of nine, she was a member of the Actors Equity
union. Peters made her Broadway debut as an understudy for a
1967 production of The Girl in the Freudian Slip.

(July 12, 1895 – August 23, 1960)

Songwriter Hammerstein won the first of two of his Oscars for
the song “The Last Time I Saw Paris” from the 1941 musical
Lady Be Good.
