The Hughes Flying Boat—at one time the largest aircraft ever built—
is piloted by designer Howard Hughes on its first and only flight.

The  aircraft is on display at the Evergreen Aviation & Space Museum located in McMinnville, Oregon.

John Adams, the Founding Father whose intellect, passion and
political philosophy fueled American independence and gave
shape to constitutional governments now found around the
world, became the first president to live in the White House on
this day in history, Nov. 1, 1800.

"I pray Heaven to bestow the best of Blessings on this House
and all that shall hereafter inhabit it," Adams wrote to first lady
Abigail, who had yet to arrive, on his second night in the new
executive mansion.

(FOXNEWS) – A nonprofit group of cold case crime investigators
believes it has located a site in Milwaukee where former Teamsters 
Union President Jimmy Hoffa is buried.

The Case Breakers said a "a dying police sergeant’s scribbled instructions on an ace of spades" playing card helped lead
their yearslong investigation to the old site of Milwaukee County
Stadium in Wisconsin, according to a Wednesday press release.

The alleged burial site is next to the current Milwaukee Brewers
stadium, American Family Field (below) where they believe Hoffa’s
body lies in a spot under where the demolished stadium’s third-
base line previously stood.
