Fred Astaire was a film and Broadway stage dancer, choreographer, singer
and actor. His career spanned a total of 76 years. He made 31 musical films,
ten with Ginger Rogers. He was named the fifth Greatest Male Star of All Time
by the American Film Institute.

When J. Edgar Hoover was chosen to lead the Bureau of Investigation, it was
the beginning a legendary 48-year tenure. He is credited with building the FBI
into the crime fighting agency it is today. Hoover remained director until his
death in 1972. Late in life, and after his death, J. Edgar Hoover became an
increasingly controversial figure

DONOVAN IS 65 YEARS OLD TODAY

Donovan (born Donovan Philips Leitch) is a Scottish singer-songwriter
and guitarist. He developed a distinctive style that blended folk, jazz,
pop,and psychedelia. His successful  records in the 1960s include
“Sunshine Superman”. It topped the Billboard Hot 100 chart the
following year, and reached number two in Britain. Donovan is 
currently living with his family in Ireland. He was recently
nominated for induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
