Desi Arnaz Jr. appeared on the cover on the very first issue
of TV Guide on April 3, 1953.

Desi Arnaz, Jr.  (Desiderio Alberto Arnaz IV) is the son of
Lucille Ball and Desi Arnaz, stars of the CBS television
sitcom I Love Lucy (1951 – 1957). He was a drummer at
age 12 with the group Dino, Desi, & Billy (1964 – 1969).

Grant was named the second Greatest Male Star of All Time by the American
Film Institute. He was known for both comedic and dramatic film roles such as
The Awful Truth (1937), Bringing Up Baby (1938), Gunga Din (1939), The
Bishop’s Wife (1947),  North by Northwest (1959) and Charade (1963).
