Valentine’s Day, also called Saint Valentine’s Day or the Feast of Saint Valentine,
is an annual holiday celebrated on this day. It originated as a Western Christian
liturgical feast day honoring one or more early saints named Valentinus. Today
it is also recognized as a significant cultural and commercial celebration in many
regions around the world, although it is not a public holiday in any country.

Prince Valiant (in the Days of King Arthur) is a long-running comic strip created
by Hal Foster. It is an epic adventure that has told a continuous story during its
entire run, and the full stretch of that story now totals more than 4000 Sunday
strips. Currently, the strip appears weekly in more than 300 US newspapers,
according to its distributor, King Features Syndicate.
