RECORDED ON THIS DAY IN 1937

The song "Sing, Sing, Sing" was recorded in Hollywood with
Benny Goodman on clarinet, and Harry James in the trumpet
section. It was written and composed by Louis Prima.

Goodman’s recording was an extended work. It lasted 8 min
43 seconds, and it took up both sides of a 12-inch 78 RPM
