Believed to be the first coupon ever, this ticket for a free glass of Coca-Cola was first distributed in 1888 to help promote the drink. By 1913, the company had redeemed 8.5 million tickets.

Small Fry Club
(also known as Movies for Small Fry) is one of the earliest TV 
series made for children. It aired on the DuMont Television Network from
March 11, 1947 to June 15, 1951 and afterwards was produced and aired in 
Boston on WBZ-TV until 1968. It was hosted by "Big Brother Bob Emery".
