Brenda Lee (born Brenda Mae Tarpley in Atlanta, Georgia )
Brenda Lee is a member of the Rock and Roll, Country Music and
Rockabilly Halls of Fame. She is also a Grammy Lifetime Achievement
Award recipient.
Lee recorded this song in 1958 when she was only thirteen years. She
also recorded the 1960 hit "I’m Sorry."
