John Joseph "Jack" Nicholson is78 today.

During high school,Nicholson was voted class clown and served an 
entire year’s worth of afternoons in detention.

He and Michael Caine were the only two actors to receive Academy
Award nominations in every decade from the 1960s to the 2000s.

“Wild Thing” reached No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 in July 1966. It is ranked 
#261 on the Rolling Stone magazine’s list of The 500 Greatest Songs of All 
Time.

Eddie Cantor (1949-1950), and Jack Paar (1950). It became the precursor of
