Ralph Dale Earnhardt, Sr. (April 29, 1951 – February 18, 2001)

One of the best NASCAR drivers of all time, with a total of 76 races
over the course of his career, he earned 7 NASCAR Winston Cup
Championships. He died of head injuries when his car crashed 
into the outside retaining wall during the final lap of the 2001 
Daytona 500 at Daytona International Speedway in Daytona

         Robert Edward Casale Jr. (July 14, 1952 – February 17, 2014)

Bob Casale, an original member of the band Devo, has died at age 61, according
a statement on the band’s official Facebook Page.

The band’s founder, Gerald Casale, wrote that his brother Bob died suddenly
on Monday (Feb.17) from heart failure.

Casale was trained as a medical radiation technologist, but left the job to join
Devo, a band formed in 1972, best known for their mega hit “Whip It.”
