A GLEN CAMPBELL CONDITION UPDATE

Glen Campbell has entered the final phases of his battle with Alzheimer’s,
and in a new interview, his wife Kim reveals the country and pop legend
has lost the ability to speak. Glen announced his battle with Alzheimer’s
in 2011 and was placed in a full-time care facility in 2014.

“He’s healthy, he’s content,” Kim shares with WTSP news in Tampa Bay,
Fla. “He’s lost most of his ability to communicate verbally. He has severe
aphasia, but he still understands the universal language of smiles and
kisses, and he enjoys food.”

Kim Campbell says that the family are holding onto their faith during their
trying times. “We just trust that God has a purpose for everything that we
face in our lives, and we just love each other through whatever we’re going
through. Alzheimer’s is a disease that affects the whole family.”
