It was on this day in 1992, Jay Leno debuted as the new permanent host of
NBC’s "Tonight Show." It was three days after Johnny Carson‘s retirement
as host of the program. Jay’s first guest was Billy Crystal.
”The Tonight Show with Jay Leno” was nominated for an Emmy Award
in the Outstanding Variety, Music or Comedy Series category ten
times between 1993 and 2005. It won the award in 1995.

Priscilla Ann Presley (Wagner) was born in Brooklyn, New York.
Priscilla was the wife of singer Elvis Presley from 1967 to 1973 and played a
role on the CBS television series Dallas (April 1978 – May 1991). She made
her TV debut in 1983, playing Sandy Redford in the TV film Love Is Forever.

1994.
Queen Victoria (Alexandrina Victoria)
(May 24, 1819 – January 22, 1901)
Victoria was Queen of the United Kingdom from 1837 until
1901. A national emblem of morality, she oversaw a great
period of expansion in the British Empire and had the longest
reign of any monarch (nearly sixty-four years) until Queen
Elizabeth II surpassed her in 2015.

Bob Dylan (Robert Allen Zimmerman) is 76 years old today.
Legendary singer-songwriter Bob Dylan revolutionized folk music in the 1960’s
with albums such as The Freewheelin’ Bob Dylan, Highway 61 Revisited, and
Blonde on Blonde and songs such as "The Times They Are a-Changin’," "Like
a Rolling Stone," and "Positively 4th Street." He changed his name to Dylan
after the poet Dylan Thomas. Bod Dylan was born into a Jewish family, but later
converted to Christianity.
BOND SERIES ACTOR HAS DIED AT 89
Sir Roger George Moore (October 14, 1927 – May 23, 2017)
Roger Moore, best known for playing James Bond in seven of the 007
films, has died. His children shared the news on his verified Twitter
account today (Tuesday) that Moore had died in Switzerland after a
"short but brave battle with cancer with . cancer." Moore portrayed
agent 007 in seven Bond series films. (FOXNEWS)
